Radhika Menon, Research Uptake Lead

Radhika leads on research uptake for CEDIL. She provides quality assurance feedback to project teams on their research uptake strategies and leads on strategic communication for the CEDIL programme.  She led on developing CEDIL’s stakeholder engagement and evidence use guidelines.

At Oxford Policy Management, Radhika leads the Research Uptake Hub and is the Deputy Director of the Strengthening Evidence Use for Development Impact programme. She has several years of experience working in the area of evidence-informed development, particularly in implementing effective research uptake strategies and working with country governments for promoting evidence use in decision-making.
